恒发根据客户提供的M6大法兰螺母零件图纸，设计并生产了一套冷镦工具。该套工具涵盖送料、切料、成形、冲孔及夹持等工位所需部件。
工装组成
- 送料与切料：806输料轮、301圆外刀、A410切料模。
- 成形工位：A411–A415冲程模，以及各工位的前冲棒和后顶针。
- 冲孔部件：119冲孔冲棒、503打孔模仁及冲孔方套。
- 配套部件：运转夹、脱料盘、前夹头和后夹头。

Hengfa designed and manufactured a set of cold heading tooling based on the customer’s part drawing of M6 large flange nut. This set of tooling covers components required for stations including feeding, cutting, forming, piercing and clamping.
Tooling Composition
- Feeding & Cutting: 806 feed roller, 301 outer round cutter, A410 cut-off die.
- Forming Stations: A411–A415 stroke dies, together with front punches and rear ejector pins for each station.
- Piercing Components: 119 piercing punch, 503 piercing die insert and piercing square bushing.
- Auxiliary Components: transfer finger, stripper plate, front clamp and rear clamp.
Besides, we manufactured feed ratchets 805 with different tooth counts to match their tooling configuration as requested by the customer.
