Custom cold heading die and punches set engineered for 5/8" square nut forming on 27B 6-station cold formers (BOYU 27B6S).
Tooling Package Includes:
- Forming Die: Multi-station cold forging die blocks fitted with high-wear tungsten carbide inserts.
- Front Punches: Precision forming punches and punch pins engineered for high-impact durability.
- Cut-off Tooling: Cut-off dies and piercing components, inculding A410 and 301 cutter.
- Clamp Sleeve: clamp of pins( 141-145,241-245,139), transfer finger 611-615 for operating nut part.
